Aneta DisterheftAneta is holding a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Science and is currently running neuromarketing research at Poznan University of Economics and Business as a part of her PhD thesis (Neurophysiological data in predicting purchase decisions). Her scientific interests include incorporating neurophysiology (EEG, EMG, GSR, eyetracking) in consumer research as well as online techniques to track consumer behavior (using tools like Google Analytics, Semstorm, SimilarWeb).

In 2016 Aneta was a Semi-Finalist of Google Online Marketing Challenge. In 2017 together with her team she managed to beat thousands of other students and won the European leg of the contest. Participation in this contest was a part of Online Marketing classes given by dr Wojciech Czart. These classes are held for the Internet of Things Applications direction of study run jointly by Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and Poznan University of Economics and Business. Aneta’s tasks during the competition included market analysis, marketing strategy formation, ad text preparation and optimalization as well as AdWords and Analytics report analysis. She holds the Google AdWords Search Advertising certification and Google Digital Garrage certification. Currently she’s working on developing her skills in Google Analytics.
